- Go to the settlement one website - https://credit.settlementone.com/custom/login.aspx - login with your settlement one username and password to confirm your login is still correct. (It may prompt you to reset your password after login if your password has expired).
- After you've confirmed your settlement one username and password - reenter this information on the DU run screen (shown below) where account number is your username.
