- On the Borrower Summary, click the Order Credit button to access the new Credit Ordering Screen.
- The new screen will direct you to order credit in the correct order (big green button).
- The big green button is dynamic, and changes based on what credit has already been ordered and whether the file is a TBD or has an address.
- You can also retrieve an existing credit report from this screen.
- At the bottom of the screen, there are two fields to mark soft credit authorization from the borrower. Please fill these out when getting permission to perform a soft pull for the borrower(s).
- Clicking on “Advanced Options” will give you the ability to order credit outside of the “happy path” defined by the green button. You will be required to input a reason for this.
- Limitations
- The following credit functions will need to be completed by the team at encompasshelp@compmort.com after a hard pull has been completed.
