We have also added a phishing email icon to everyone’s Outlook toolbar to help you report a phishing email easier. In the top right of the toolbar you will notice the new Icon labeled Phish Alert Report. By selecting this icon, it will report the phishing attempt to the IT organization who will research the suspected email and take future actions if needed. You are no longer required to email a suspected phishing email to IT.
The new email toolbar will look like this, Phish Alert button circled in red:
