If you are having any issues with Microsoft programs and need to kill it, please follow these steps:

Right click on the Start menu icon on the taskbar, and click on Task Manager

You may need to click on “More Details” to expand the Task Manager window

If not, skip this step.

  1. Click on the “Processes” tab if it’s not already selected,

  1. Find the program that’s not working properly, and select it

  1. Then click “End Task” in the lower right corner

Reopen the program, and it should be hunky dory.

Check the system tray in the lower right corner for the OneDrive icon (), click on it, and see if the files are synced.
